✦ Physical Products
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU and Danish consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without providing a reason.
Returns
- Returned items must be sent back within 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the value of the product only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
- If the item is returned damaged or shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it, a partial refund may be applied.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
- If your order arrives damaged or is lost during delivery, please contact us immediately.
- In accordance with the law, the seller remains responsible for the order until it is delivered to the customer.
✦ Digital Products (Downloadable Files)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the files have been downloaded.
By purchasing a digital product, the customer agrees to immediate access and download of the files and expressly waives the right of withdrawal after download, in accordance with EU consumer law.
Refunds
- Customers have 72 hours from the time of purchase to download their files.
- If the files have not been downloaded within this 72-hour period, the customer may request a refund.
- Once the files have been downloaded, no refunds, returns, or exchanges are possible.
Please note:
- Download links are available for 72 hours and limited to 5 downloads.
- Customers are responsible for saving their files after downloading, as access will expire once the download limit or time period is reached.
