Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e‑commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, govern your access to and use of the Services. By visiting, browsing, or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

We sell physical products (such as art prints, clothes or 3D objects) and digital products (downloadable files). We make every effort to display products accurately; however, colors and appearance may vary depending on screen settings and printing methods. Such variations do not constitute defects.
We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, pricing, or availability at any time without notice.
✦ Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is considered accepted only once payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation has been sent. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to payment issues, suspected fraud, errors, or product unavailability.
Orders are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Purchases are for personal use only and may not be resold or used for commercial purposes.
✦ Prices and Payements
All prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website. Prices do not include shipping costs, customs duties, or taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price charged is the one displayed at the time the order is placed.
✦ Shipping and Delivery
Physical items are shipped either from Copenhagen, Denmark via DAO, or produced and shipped on demand through Gelato’s global production and Printify network, depending on the product. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
In accordance with EU consumer law, the seller remains responsible for the order until it has been delivered to the customer.
✦ Digital Products
Digital products are delivered via download links available for 72 hours and limited to 5 downloads. Customers are responsible for saving their files after download.
Refunds for digital products are only available if the files have not been downloaded, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
✦ Intellectual Property and License
All content sold on this website, including illustrations and digital files, remains the intellectual property of Birthisaglitch. Purchases grant a personal, non‑commercial license only. Reproduction, redistribution, resale, or commercial use is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
✦ Optional Tools and Third-Party Services
We may provide access to third‑party tools or services. These are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties. We are not responsible for third‑party content, services, or websites.
✦ Shopify Platform
Our store is hosted on Shopify. All purchases are made directly with Birthisaglitch. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and Birthisaglitch.

By submitting reviews, comments, or other feedback, you grant us a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use such content for promotional or operational purposes. You confirm that your feedback does not infringe on third‑party rights.
