Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order for physical items, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Digital products are non-refundable and not eligible for returns.

Print-on-demand products (via Printify)
Some items are produced on demand through our partner Printify. These products are made especially for you after your order is placed.

- Shipping time: depends on the destination and the selected shipping method
- Tracking information will be provided once the order has been shipped.
Handmade / original objects (shipped by DAO)
Some items are original creations designed and shipped directly by DAO.
- These products are prepared and shipped manually
- Processing times may vary depending on the item
- Shipping times depend on your location
- Tracking information will be provided when available

- Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to production delays, customs, or carrier issues
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
- Any customs fees, import taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the customer

Manufacturing & Production
Our products are created using different production methods depending on the item.
Print-on-demand products (via Printify)
Some products are manufactured on demand through our partner Printify. These items are produced only after an order is placed, which helps reduce overproduction and waste.

3D printed objects (in-house production)
Some items are designed and produced in-house using 3D printing technology.
- Objects are printed using a Creality K2 Plus 3D printer
- Materials used include PLA and PETG, chosen based on the object’s function and durability
- Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor surface variations or layer lines may be visible and are part of the object’s unique character
- Each piece is printed, checked, and finished individually before shipping
Important notes
- Production times vary depending on the product and manufacturing method
- Slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur between items
- These variations do not affect the functionality of the product and are not considered defects
