This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on Birthisaglitch.


 Shipping Origin

Physical products are shipped depending on the fulfillment method:

  • In-house orders are shipped from Copenhagen, Denmark, using DAO.
  • Print-on-demand products are produced and shipped by Gelato’s network of local production partners or Printify depanding of the products. These items are not shipped from Copenhagen and may be dispatched from a production facility located closest to the customer’s delivery address.


 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

For print-on-demand items produced by Gelato and Printify, production times may vary slightly depending on the product and destination.

Customers will receive a confirmation email once the order has been shipped.


 Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • Orders shipped from Copenhagen are delivered using DAO.
  • Print-on-demand orders fulfilled by Gelato and Printify are shipped using local carriers selected by Gelato and Printify based on the destination country.

Shipping methods and available delivery options are displayed at checkout.


Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier, and external factors.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, package weight, and shipping method selected.

Any applicable taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.


Tracking

When available, tracking information will be provided by email once the order has been shipped.

Please note that tracking availability may vary depending on the carrier and destination.


 Lost or Damaged Parcels

If an order is lost or arrives damaged during delivery, customers must contact us as soon as possible.

In accordance with EU and Danish consumer law, the seller remains responsible for the order until it has been delivered to the customer. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier or fulfillment partner when applicable.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply.
